Where are you based?

We are based in Niseko, Hokkaido, Japan.

When do you arrive for the wedding?

For Hokkaido weddings within 1 hour drive of Niseko, we arrive and depart on the same day.
For Hokkaido weddings further away or within the rest of Japan, we will arrive the night before and depart after the wedding, same day or the morning after.
For international weddings, we will arrive two days before your wedding date to allow us to location scout, get to know you and prepare for your big day.

When is my booking secured?

Bookings are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis and your date is secured when the contract is signed and deposit is received.

How do I view my photos?

You will be provided a link to an online gallery with high-res and web-res downloadable images.

When will I received my wedding photos and/or wedding film?

Edited highlights will be provided within 1-2 weeks of your wedding. The full gallery will be available 4-5 weeks after that, along with your edited film.

What about my wedding album or handmade paper fine art prints?

We begin creating your album and prints as soon as you have chosen the images you want featured. Typically, production time is 4 weeks, pending requested changes or revisions you may make.

Can you arrange hair, make up or dress rentals?

We provide photography and videography services only, as we focus on what we excel at to provide you with the best photos and videos to remember your special day by. However, should you require additional services, these are who we love working with:
